Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy (for non-warranty items)
An item(s) may be returned within the first 60 days after the item(s) is shipped to you.  No returns after 60 days are allowed. Merchandise must be an active part number in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition, with all parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. Special orders are not returnable.   
Return Process
1. Please email to request a refund. We will assign a Return Authorization Number. We will not process any returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number issued by Ilmor. For items shipped in error by Ilmor, email to receive a shipping tag and a Return Authorization Number. Print and apply this shipping tag to the return package.
2. Unless otherwise specified, mail all return packages Freight Pre-paid to:

3. In the return package include the Return Authorization Number issued by Ilmor, a letter stating the reason for the return, and a copy of the original invoice/order and packing slip. Ilmor does not receive Freight Collect return shipments. Any product returned to Ilmor without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the purchaser Freight Collect, and a $25.00 handling fee will be charged to your account.
Refund Information
Returns will process approximately 2-3 weeks after the item is received. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to the original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. For purchases made by credit card, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly credit card statement. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has processed.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories. Items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.  Parts and/or merchandise that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
Unless the wrong part was shipped due to Ilmor error, all items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee (calculated off base part price, before discounts), with a minimum restocking fee of $20.00.  This will be deducted from the refund amount. Ilmor will not refund the shipping and handling paid on the order. Additional fees may be applied for any damaged product returns, including parts shipped in error by Ilmor.
Exchanges (apparel only):
Clothing items may be exchanged for a different size or color for clothing items in new condition. A restocking fee will not apply, but the purchaser is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
